Home-made Hand-stamped Gift Wrappers

Crap, it's a few days away from Christmas and I still haven't completed my gift list. I usually start very early but this year I won't be able to go home for Christmas in the Philippines (sob) so I procrastinated with christmas shopping.

Anyway, I did manage to buy a few. And as you may know (or not), I always have a theme for my gift wrapping every year. This year was inspired by Daphne Osena-Paez - I saw how she did homemade gift wraps in her blog by stamping them.

I found the above Santa Claus stamp and stamp pad at NBC store in Takashimaya. The brown paper I found at Art Friend, which is just beside NBC in Takashimaya as well.

It sure was an effort to stamp the paper then dry it before wrapping the gifts haha. But it was fun! :-)

Taddaaaaa!! Nice right? haha. I love the "organic" feel of the gifts plus I saved up on buying expensive gift wraps. More importantly, the wrapping was personalized so what's inside doesn't matter anymore haha.

Merry Christmas everyone! Enjoy the upcoming holidays!
