This happened in September of last year. Sorry for the blurry photo but the view from the Pool Grill was very nice.
Again, thanks a lot to Entertainer App we get to eat yummy food at half the price. Above is the complimentary bread.
We shared the Braised Boneless Beef Short Rib (S$34) with artichoke puree, confit garlic and salsa verde. This was yummy. Really tender beef that melts in your mouth.
We also shared the Salmon Risotto. Sorry I can't find this item anymore on their website menu and I also can't remember the price. This was good as well.
The creme brulee was just ok. As you can see from the photo, the sugar wasn't caramelized enough.
It was an OK experience. Not really a proper dining venue I would say as it was pool side but a good experience nonetheless.
