It took me so long to post this review that they already moved to a new place haha! This happened sometime mid of last year. They have now relocated to Soo Chow Walk (scroll down for contact number and address). This place was packed, to think it was in an obscure area. I have yet to visit the new location though. Enjoy the photos!

The F-word blog is about the 4 F's that I enjoy the most in life. Food for eating out, Film for watching movies & Flight for traveling. I will also be documenting my ATTEMPT (Again, I say ATTEMPT hehe) on losing weight, hence the last F for Fitness.

Antoinette, Penhas Road
Ugh, I've had this post as a draft for many months now. This happened mid of last year I think. The great thing about living in the city fringe area is there are a lot of nearby hole-in-the-wall establishments. Antoinette is a pretty famous desserts place and there is one a few bus stops away from our place. Make sure to try their signature dessert called "Antoinette". Enjoy the photos!

Erawan Tea Room, Grand Hyatt, Bangkok, Thailand
On our first afternoon, we had high tea at the Erawan Tea Room in Grand Hyatt. I love the interior of the place, homey yet classy ambience.
THB220 per person for the high tea. Quite reasonable given we were in Grand Hyatt, plus the spread was really plenty. It wasn't buffet though but believe me it is very filling.

An interesting mix of international (scones, tart et al) and local delicacies. I love the Banana dumpling in Banana leaf cone.

I never really liked rice cakes or rice desserts as I find it too heavy for snacking but the Mango with Sticky Rice was utterly divine. It looks real plain and simple but the taste is exquisite and unforgettable. Ok I'm exaggerating. But really it was good. Don't ever leave Bangkok without tasting it.
