Day 6 and I'm still alive! Haha. I weighed myself this morning and I am so
Day 4 was a struggle as we didn't have enough sleep since we hosted dinner the night before, which meant sleeping late and waking up early for our coach trip to Kuala Lumpur. We walked the whole afternoon and I managed to resist all the yummy food I saw along the way. I was tired, sleepy and hungry all rolled into one that by night time I didn't have energy anymore to join the rest to go to the bars. I actually had to take a headache pill as I was already feeling weak and sick.
Saturday night we had dinner at Chili's at KLCC. I never ever thought in my whole life that I would weigh my food when eating out but this was my only choice since I didn't pack food for dinner that night. So glad they had Chicken fajitas on the menu. I swear it took all my energy to resist the yummy burgers, nachos and dessert! UGH! But I'm so glad I did!
I've now learned to enjoy Coke Zero, Coke Light or Tea as "dessert" when my friends are having all the yummy food haha. But I'm very grateful to my flatmates as they really encourage me and help me stay on track with the Cohen diet. Today, Day 6, is easier. Normal working days are usually easier as I don't tend to see or think about food when working. I hope the worst is over. The consultant said the first 3-4 days are usually the toughest.
I was talking to a friend the other day and I said, my ultimate dream is to be able to shop at famous stores like H&M, Uniqlo, Cotton On, etc. I cannot fit in any of their clothes, apart from their shoes (haha). I long for the day when I can freely and happily shop at these places as I am getting tired of Marks and Spencer or shopping online. I would usually buy my clothes overseas but of course I don't travel very often.
